Return Policy

  • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received it

    • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact

  • Items such as perfumes, personal care electronics, and undergarments are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
